"There are other players who get a bit of a name and a reputation and sometimes it doesn't fit the player.
"With someone like John Terry, when you get to the World Cup you won't see anyone better than him.
"He's a good lad, we are both pretty similar and you respect people who play the same way as you.
"We don't go down easily, we are both desperate to win and give it everything in games. Every match is the same for us, be it Champions League or a Carling Cup game, we just want to win for our clubs.
"You respect someone who plays the game like you do. If I was choosing someone to play alongside, it would be him. I think of him that highly."
