"We haven't won for five or six games in the league which isn't great and teams around us are doing well so it was important for a few results to go our way today - Man City and Everton - so it was important we got the three points," he said.

"We've got a tough game with Chelsea now so between now and the end of the season it's going to be tough because we realise we're out of the title race now but we've got to make sure we get that fourth place for the Champions League."
