The England goalkeeper has joined the Baggies on a four year deal. Liverpool will initially receive £3.25m for Carson, eventually rising to £4m.
Carson made nine first team appearances for the Reds and was on the bench when Liverpool won the European Cup in Istanbul in 2005.
