"He can score many, many goals for Liverpool. He is the leading scorer in France again this season and I think he can score between 20-25 goals a season in the Premiership.
"The big question is how long it will take him to adapt. His early games will be important because if he scores goals from the start then that will make things easier for him. It took time for me to settle here and no-one can predict how long it'll take him.
"I have played in the same French team as Cisse and I know he will be a great signing for Liverpool. I can tell the fans they should be excited about him coming here."
