Cheyrou needs time

The French international, who was likened to Zinedine Zidane earlier in the season by the Reds boss, performed poorly once again in the dour draw with Crystal Palace. Houilier, though, is unconcerned by the players displays in his short time at Anfield.

He said: "Bruno needs time and he is learning the game. He has a good touch and can do things with the ball but what you have to remember is the tempo of the English game is something he has never experienced before."
