Chief Executive promises club will do all it can to return to top

Parry has admitted that this season has been a major disappointment for Liverpool football club but insists the Reds still have a bright future ahead of them.

Parry said: "We are going to do everything we can to get to the top again. That's where we all want to be.
 
"Getting there is the tricky bit but it is something we are all aiming for. Obviously Chelsea's millions have moved the goalposts somewhat but we still have our targets.
 
"It will take lots of application and effort to get there and I can promise you there'll be plenty of that."
