Cisse: Benitez can win us the title

Cisse, who will train with his new team-mates for the first time today, is optimistic about the club's fortunes in the coming year, and that is down to the new manager.

Cisse said: "I do think we can win the title next season. The new boss has the experience and he has won two Spanish titles in three years.
 
"Liverpool finished fourth last season and I know they have not won the title since 1990 but a new coach brings new ideas. I only know Rafa Benitez by reputation but I realise he's a great coach.
 
"Valencia's results in the last few seasons speak hugely of his success. I hope we'll work well together and I'm sure we will."
