Cisse move means more signings

Cisse is expected to join Marseille tomorrow. Although the transfer is only a loan move, at least until the end of the season, getting the French striker off the wage bill means Rafa Benitez can add a couple more players to his squad. A right sided midfielder and another striker are Benitez's main targets.
