Cisse says the Reds can close the gaps on the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal this season and can even overhaul them and win their 19th title.
"We can close the gap on the teams above us, I have no doubt about that. I hope to win the title while wearing the red shirt, and I don't see why that can't be next season." said Cisse.
