Crouch dropped?

Despite being England's most on form striker, Crouch is set to be dropped to the bench in favour of a Michael Owen-Alan Smith partnership.

Crouch has scored five times for England this season in three games while Smith has only ever scored one England goal and Owen has only played four games all season.

Crouch has scored eleven goals in seventeen England appearances.
