Crouch hobbled off the pitch feeling his hamstring in the 54th minute but is hopeful the injury will not keep him out of the third qualifying round next week.
Crouch said: "It was frustrating and I'll be having a scan in the morning so I'll know more then but hopefully it should be okay.
"It was great to finally play at Anfield. I enjoyed it but obviously I'd have liked to have finished the game, so that was frustrating because I was just getting into my stride."
