"I'm fit again now and raring to go," Crouch told the official site. "If selected, this will be my first Premiership game as a Liverpool player and I'm determined to get off to a good start.
"It's going to be a difficult game but we'll go there in a confident frame of mind and hopefully get the right result. It's important we build on the win against Sunderland. We need to get as many points on the board as possible in the early weeks of the season as we've got some crucial games coming up. I'm really looking forward to it."
