Crouch scores England goal

Crouch, a second half replacement for Wayne Rooney scored England's equaliser against Uruguay at Anfield last night, his first goal at this level, when he headed home a Joe Cole cross.

Steven Gerrard played the first 45 minutes before being replaced by Jermaine Jenas while Jamie Carragher came on at left-back for the injured Wayne Bridge after 30 minutes.
