Crouch worries Bordeaux

The Moroccan striker says Crouch is Liverpool's main threat tonight and one they will have to nullify if they're to have a chance of a result at Anfield.

"Crouch is a very difficult striker for the defenders to stop, but it's necessary to not let him receive the ball. His height is a serious handicap for us, we suffered from his style a fortnight ago," said Chamakh.

"We go to Liverpool searching for a miracle. Nothing less than victory will give us a chance to stay in the Champions League. For this reason, the match is the biggest challenge of the season for Bordeaux.

"But Liverpool won without shining in France, and in the Premier League they are not at their best. We have to search f or their weak points to cause a surprise. It will not be easy, but Bordeaux are focused on the match."
