"I have absolutely no plans to move Michael on for money, I can say 100 percent that he is going nowhere," explained Kinnear.
"Michael will be the backbone of this club and I would not sell him. He will be staying and there is better to come from him.
"He could be the centre half at this club for the next 10 years."
