Degen signs

The Reds agreed a deal with the former Borussia Dortmund defender before Euro 2008 but had to wait until the transfer window opened on Tuesday before they could offically complete the transfer.

Degen joined Liverpool on a free transfer and signed a four year contract yesterday.
