Diouf wants Champions League football

"I'm very confident we can still qualify for the Champions' League," he said. "I don't like watching the television and seeing all those other players in the competition instead of me.

"The team has improved in terms of the way we are playing on last year. There has been some progress. But for many reasons we are going through a bad period in terms of our results.

"Despite that we remain confident in our ability to achieve more than we've shown so far."
