Dossena praised

The Italian international made his Liverpool debut in Saturday's pre-season friendly against Wisla Krakow and his performance earned him the praise of the boss.

"Dossena did okay. It was important for him to play his first game. He is a good player and a good professional," said Benitez.

"He needs to understand our system and the way we play and he will get better with the more games he plays."
