Aurelio has been out since picking up a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal last month while Jovanovic has had a knee injury. Both players are on the mend and could be available for selection for the trip to Craven Cottage.
"We don't know exactly which players we're going to have available, and obviously with some of the lads having a game on Thursday night [for the reserves] we'll have to wait and see how they are as well," said Kenny Dalglish.
"But we're not really anticipating any injuries from Thursday or from training during the week, so we should be more or less as we were last time in terms of squad.
"Martin Kelly won't be right. Milan might have a chance, as may Fabio, but it's very early days for us and we've got a few days to go.
"I think Milan and Fabio may have a chance of being in the squad."
