Tickets will be available to season ticket holders based on attendance at Premier League away fixtures during the 2006-2007 season on the following days: Attendance at 12 or more games - Friday, October 12, 9+ games - Sunday, October 14.
The allocation of tickets will be subject to availability and while stocks last.
Tickets will be available at the ticket office, by postal application and credit card bookings on 0844 844 0844. The fan card must be presented or quoted when applying for a ticket.
Supporters can purchase tickets for up to a maximum of six qualifying fan cards at the ticket office, and four fan cards over the phone.
