While the move is not a direct result of the Harry Kewell saga, the FA are certain that random audits would keep agents in line and benefit the game.
According to the Sunday Telegraph "the FA are keen to bring more transparency into the murky world of transfer dealing and prevent breaches of the regulations and money flowing out of the game."
