Far East fans anticipating Reds visit

Tickets for the Reds clash with the Hong Kong national team are available from today and it is thought that demand for seats could outstrip that seen for Manxchester United's visit to the area two years ago.

"It's going to be a pretty chaotic scene when the box office opens," admitted Andy Yeung, head of marketing and public relations for the Hong Kong Football Association.

"When Manchester United came here two years ago, it took less than three hours to sell all the tickets. This could turn out to be even faster.

"This is the first major sporting event in Hong Kong since SARS and it means a lot to people. Everyone is very excited about Liverpool coming here."
