"I am really looking forward to the Super Cup. There are not many chances you get to play in a final and I will hopefully have played in three this year. A few of the lads have played in it before and won it and I want to follow suit," said Finnan.
"CSKA Moscow won the UEFA Cup and are a quality team. We won't be taking them lightly and we want to win it.
"It's not a friendly in our mind, it's another chance to win silverware. There should be a good atmosphere and it's good knowing we are playing in it because we won the European Cup.
"It's good to win and be on the winner's podium at the end of the game and we want to experience a lot more of that."
