The Mirror newspaper has come under fire from former Liverpool skipper Paul Ince for including boxer Chris Eubank in a 'Britain's 100 most irritating people' feature.
Former world super-middleweight champion Eubank was named in position 100 by The Mirror yesterday and Ince immediately phoned the rag to complain about his inclusion.
"When it comes to charity, there's no one who will get off his arse quicker than he will," said Ince.
"And you have just kicked him to pieces. Chris can set himself up to be this that and the other, but he is so well-intentioned. He's not a loser. Chris defended his world title and he won it.
"He doesn't do himself any favours, but you can't call him a loser. You can call him many things in life but one thing he ain't is a loser."
Manchester United's Roy Keane today enters the list at position 99.
