"It wouldn't be so bad would it? When you think of Liverpool, a club with fans all over the world, you don't consider fourth place as a success but with the way things have gone this season it's the best they can do," said the former Reds defender.
"If they play to their best and get a little bit of luck along the way, there is no reason why they can't do both."
