Former Red hoping to keep his cool

Former Liverpool defender Rigobert Song is hoping that he can keep his cool and not get sent off during the World Cup.

Song has seen Red back in 1994 and 1998 so he's hoping he doesn't experience a third consecutive exit.

"In 1994 I was the youngest ever player to be given his marching orders at 17 years and 358 days against Brazil," said the Cameroon star.

"In 1998 I went into the record books for being the first player to be sent off in two successive finals with my sending off against Chile.

"The main thing that worries me is that we will be targeted by the referees."
