The Australian says that his fellow countryman will help solve Liverpool's attacking problems.

"I think that he's what Liverpool need right now," said Johnston. "He needs someone like Liverpool and Liverpool need someone like him.

"He's the type of player that make other players react and up their game and he's one of the few players who can get the fans on their feet."
