Spicer played the majority of his 168 games for the club at left-back and was a member of the team which won the league title in 1947.
His funeral will take place at St Cwyfan's Church, Llangwyfan, at 12.00 on Thursday, followed by cremation at Bron y Nant, Colwyn Bay.
