Fowler set for Rangers

Walter Smith is said to be keen to sign the striker and heads the list of clubs expressing an interest in the 32-year-old since his decision to leave Liverpool.

Rangers are said to be preparing a two-year contract, although Fowler insists he has not yet received any formal offers.
