Stephen Vaughan, Cheter City chairman said he was delighted that Foy, who has been a regular member of the reserve team, had opted for the deal.
"Robbie has had an excellent grounding at Anfield. Hopefully it will lead to a permanent deal, but in the short term, Robbie will be a great addition," he said.
