Scottish under 21's international Foy is on a month's loan at Chester and quickly impressed at his new club.
Foy played the full 90 minutes in Chester's 2-0 defeat to league leaders Yeovil and had a decent game, coming close to scoring on a few occasions.
Foy has yet to play for Liverpool but was an unused sub for the Carling Cup game with Spurs.
