The Old Trafford hero has been receiving treatment after coming off suffering with cramp in Tuesday's game.
"Danny's muscles tightened up a bit and he's been receiving light treatment since," said acting boss Phil Thompson.
"It doesn't appear to be a thigh or a hamstring strain and he should be available for Sunday."
