Fulham v Liverpool - team news

Fulham's Sean Davis is expected to miss the crucial encounter with Liverpool at Craven Cottage due to a viral infection.

The England Under-21 star hopes to return for Wednesday's derby at Chelsea.

Also out of the clash is Lee Clark, whose Achilles trouble will rule him out for another fortnight.

Frenchman Sylvain Legwinski is available but will miss the date at Stamford Bridge due to a one-match suspension.

Liverpool will still be without Steven Gerrard as he receives further treatment for his groin injury, while goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek could return following a similar injury.

Gerrard travelled to France this week for one of his regular check-ups and hopes to be fit to face Barcelona on March 13.

Nicolas Anelka, cup-tied in Europe, will return to the squad and youngster Chris Kirkland will continue in goal if Dudek is not considered 100 per cent fit.

Jamie Carragher is out again as he continues his domestic suspension.
