Luis Garcia, along with West Ham's Hayden Mullins, will miss the FA Cup final through suspension. Garcia and Mullins were sent off in the league game between the two sides last month and now Garcia has spoken of his disappointment in being suspended for English football's showpiece event.

"I am very sad and angry at not being able to play," said the man who scored Liverpool's semi-final winner.

"It is incredible that my dream is now over. To miss the final is an enormous blow for me because I was really looking forward to the game after beating Chelsea in the semi-final.

"It is going to really hurt me to sit on the sidelines because that's not where I like to be, but I will still play my part by getting behind my team mates to win the trophy."
