Despite playing just three league games so far due to a one-game suspension that forced the tough-tackling midfielder to miss the Reds one defeat of the season against Chelsea, Gerrard achieved greater points then any other Premiership player.

The 23-year-old England international made 180 passes in his appearances against Aston Villa, Tottenham and Everton with an excellent 80% completion rate.
