Gerrard equals record

Gerrard is already the club's all time top scorer in the European Cup and his penalty last night means he now stands equal with Michael Owen as the Reds' top scorer in all European competition with 22 goals.

With this qualifying campaign going to the wire Liverpool fans will be hoping Gerrard breaks the record in Marseille on December 11th.
