Gerrard in England squad

Gerrard will miss tomorrow's game against Derby because of injury and is struggling to be fit for England next week. Steve McClaren has named the Liverpool captain in his squad in the hope he recovers.

Peter Crouch is also in the squad despite being suspended for the Israel game. Jermaine Pennant again misses out.
