He said: "To be honest I don't know what the problem has been with us. It's not one thing, it's a combination of stuff.
"It is difficult for me to take when we lose because I'm from Liverpool. It affects everyone when we're not doing well. It hurts me first but I also know it affects my family and friends who support the club.
