Liverpool comfortably beat Chelsea 2-0 yesterday but Steven Gerrard says they mustn't rest on their laurels if they are to overhaul the Londoners for second place.
"Any result at home is a good one for us but against the Champions it's extra special," said the Reds' skipper.
"It's a massive result for us, but we're still third and we still have a lot of work to do.
"All we can do is look ahead to the next game and the next performance and make sure we do the same things again."
