The captain's adductor injury has ruled him out another game as he misses todays trip to Hull although the Reds are hopeful he will be fit for next week's game against Newcastle.

"He is not fit and won't be available. I think he will be available next week because he's improving, but this game is too soon," said Rafael Benitez.

"The rest of the team is available - we have a full squad."
