Gerrard starts for England

Stevie Gerrard will definitely start for England against Uruguay tomorrow night. Despite Rafa asking for his kipper to be given a break, Steve is part of a midfield which does not contain Frank Lampard who was withdrawn as a "precaution" due to a tight hamstring.
