Gerrard to captain England

The Liverpool skipper will captain England for tomorrow's Euro 2008 qualifier against Estonia as regular captain John 'Mongo' Terry as been ruled out of the game with a knee injury. Gerrard may also captain England next Wednesday when they visit Russia.
