Gerrard to play for England

Gerrard is a doubt for the upcoming England games as he recovers from a broken toe. Although Rafael Benitez doesn't want England to take any chances with his captain, Gerrard has indicated to Steve McClaren that he is ready to play, even if he has to have an injection to get him through the games.
