"We've got to learn to go on and get two or three to kill teams off and make it easier towards the end," said the Liverpool skipper.
"We had high intensity in the first half but it was so difficult to do it for 90 minutes. It's impossible.
"After five minutes the heat starts to take control and it was really difficult towards the end."
