"It's easy to talk but in football you must wait. Next week we could score three goals and it will all change," said Benitez.
"Crouch is good in the air and can win the ball and keep it, and Djibril Cisse is good running with the ball, so I am happy with that combination.
"I know we need to score more goals but the clean sheets are positives and we are already more consistent than we were last year."
