"Didi is a major doubt for the Chelsea game at this stage," confirmed Gerard Houllier. "He got a bad kick on the shin on Saturday.
"He hasn't been able to train since the game and will be receiving more treatment from our medical staff today.
"We want to give him every chance because he's an important player."
