Hammers and Blues games confirmed

Following Liverpool's Carling Cup exit on Wednesday, the home league game against West Ham has now been confirmed for Monday, December 1st, kick off 8pm while the home game against Everton is now on Monday, January 19th, kick off 8pm. Both games are televised on Setanta.
