The Liverpool winger has joined the Tykes on a three month loan after recently returning from a loan spell with Blackpool. Hammill was a member of the 2006 FA Youth Cup winning side and has a contract with the Reds until 2011.
Meanwhile Ryan Flynn has had his loan deal with Wrexham extended until April 26th.
