Heinze decision due today

The Manchester United defender has taken his case to the Premier League and an arbitration panel should make a decision later today. Heinze claims Man Utd gave him written permission to join any club that made a £6.8m bid for him. Liverpool made such a bid but it was turned down by United who don't want to sell the Argentine defender to one of their rivals.

Heinze has turned down a transfer to Lyon as he has his heart set on joining Liverpool.
