Heinze to take Utd to court?

Alex Ferguson and Man Utd chief executive David Gill have both said Heinze will not be sold to Liverpool. However, the Argentinian has a letter which states he would be allowed to leave if any club bids £6m for his services.

Heinze may now take Man Utd to court to force them to honour the letter and accept Liverpool's formal bid of £6.3m.
